QUITTING SMOKING
I have been trying to quite smoking forever and three days now. I have tried everything, from the patch, to the gum; even to the cigarettes that are suppose to help you stop smoking. They even have an inhaler to help you stop that did not work. I am trying again and finding myself trying to do anything to keep my mind off of it. I even found myself reading up on Daytona Filing Bankruptcy to keep my mind off of the craving. It is unbelievably hard to kick it. I have tried and slipped so many times nobody believes me when I say I am trying to quite anymore. I am giving it another serious shot though, and I am going to just do what I did before and use good old-fashioned will power. I quite once back in college for about four or five months, but then slipped back into it and have not been able to stop since. I spent the first three days locked in my apartment talking on aim getting support from my friends and eating an unhealthy amount of chocolate and gum. I know I will feel better after I do it, but it is getting to the third day that is going to be the touch part. That and breaking the habits that goes along with the smoking.
